8:17am COMPLAINT
A caller in front of the Family Federal Bank reported that there were large pieces of glass on the road.  The Police responded.  The Highway Department was notified

9:12am ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Wheeler Road reported that the stream culvert was blocked and it was backing up.  The Highway Department was notified.

10:11am ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
The Fire Department reported that there were workers in front of St. Isidore’s Church who were parking in front of fire hydrants.  The Police responded to speak with the general contractor of the project.

7:27pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Barton Road requested an ambulance.  She cut her foot on broken glass and needed assistance.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

11:01pm COMPLAINT
A caller near Minuteman Airfield complained of loud noises coming from the area.  The caller reported that there were many helicopters there.  The Police responded.  Nothing was found.

9:01am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at the Fire Academy requested an ambulance for a 23 year-old with difficulty breathing.  The Police and Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the patient to the hospital.

12:45pm ANIMAL
A caller on Lady Slipper Lane reported that a large black dog was running around the neighborhood.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

1:09pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Center Place requested an ambulance for his  mother who was disoriented and had severe stomach pains.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

2:49pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for his wife who was ill.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

3:33pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in found ammunition and a rifle in a box and wanted to turn them over to the police.  An Officer assisted the person.

5:16pm ARREST
Michael Lu, 56, from Lexington, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, suspended registration and for driving an uninsured car.

8:40pm ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
The Hudson Police requested assistance with locating an erratic driver who crossed into Stow.  The Stow Police located a woman who was having an emotional issue.  She stated that she would be more cautious.

12:06am BURGLARY
A caller from Red Acre Road reported that her computer and digital camera were missing from her home.  The Police responded.  A report was filed.

2:58pmMEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller on Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for his mother who was ill.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

4:34pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Sudbury Road requested an ambulance for her mother who fell and hit her head, which was bleeding.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

8:52pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at the Fire Academy requested an ambulance for a cadet who injured his finger.  The Police and Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the patient to the hospital.

4:11pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller requested to speak with an officer regarding an issue with her neighbor.  An Officer assisted the caller.

4:25pm FOUND
A walk-in reported that she found a wallet in front of her home on Route 62.  The Police contacted the owner and the wallet was returned.

6:55pm COMPLAINT
Two callers from Marlboro Road reported that a loud bang shook their homes.  The Police responded.  The bang came from The Collings Foundation.  All was OK.


Saturday October 8, 2011

10:04am COMPLAINT
A caller from Barton Road reported that there was traffic completely blocking the road, which was caused by an event at the Collings Foundation.  The caller believed it was a safety hazard and he/she wanted the town officials to know about it.  The Police advised the individual and forwarded the complaint to the town officials.

10:58am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Packard Road reported that it looked like someone tried to pry open his back door last Wednesday.  A report was filed.

12:38pm COMPLAINT
A caller at Honey Pot Hill Orchards reported that a dog was locked in a car and she believed it was not well because of the heat.  The Police responded.  The car was gone upon their arrival.

2:04pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at Honey Pot Hill Orchards requested an ambulance for her granddaughter who fell out of a tree and possibly broke her ankle.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the girl to the hospital.

3:45pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Shelburne Farms requested an ambulance for an overheated individual in the shop area.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the patient to the hospital.

3:52pm FOUND
A caller at the Town Forest reported that she found a credit card.  The Police contacted the owner and the card was returned.

3:58pm BYLAW VIOLATION
An officer observed an individual directing traffic on Sudbury Road.  A by-law citation was issued.

8:10pm COMPLAINT
A caller reported that there were loud bangs coming from the Collings Foundation.  The Police responded.

10:34am- 3:30pm COMPLAINT
Several callers on Sudbury Road complained about the traffic caused by the visitors to Honey Pot Hill Orchards.  The Police responded to investigate.

10:40am ANIMAL
A caller from Great Road reported that a dog was running around her yard.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

1:31pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Sudbury Road reported that cars from Honey Pot Hill Orchards were parking on her property.  The Police responded to check the area.

2:03pm COMPLAINT   
A caller from West Acton Road reported that cars were parking on his property and blocking his driveway.  The Police responded.

2:37pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at Honey Pot Hill Orchards requested an ambulance for a man who fell off a rock wall.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

3:03pm COMPLAINT
A caller from North Shore Drive reported that a jet skier was making a lot of noise.  The quiet hours for the lake were already in progress.  The Police responded.

3:22pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from the Collings Foundation requested an ambulance for a  man who had possible heat stroke.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

3:53pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller near the Hale Middle School reported that he heard kids making a lot of noise in the field.  It sounded like they were damaging something wooden.  The Police responded.  Vandalism to the new school construction was found.
