1:09pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Wildwood Road reported that cars drive through the neighborhood at a high speed, especially during bus pick up times.  The Police will patrol the area in the morning.  The information was logged.

5:52pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller at Honey Pot Hill Orchard reported that she bumped another parked car with her car.  There was no damage.  Some information was exchanged but the caller wanted the information logged.

9:15am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at the Stow Acres Country Club requested an ambulance for an individual with chest pains.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the patient to the hospital.

5:16pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller reported that she received a message on her cell phone from her credit card company at 2:15 in the morning and 2 more from a restricted number, a short time later.  When she called to follow up with the card company they informed her that no fraudulent activity was found.  The caller was suspicious and wanted the information logged.

7:06pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Boxboro Road reported that he was traveling behind an erratic driver.  The Police responded.  The driver was located and stopped.  There was no impairment observed.  The driver did drop his phone and lean over to pick it up, which may have caused him to swerve.  All was OK.

Wednesday September 21, 2011
6:53am FOUND
A caller from Gleasondale Road reported that she found many items that did not belong to her on her property.  The Police responded to take possession of the items.

5:26pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller at the Delaney Project reported that 2 men, one of which was wearing fatigues and carrying a bow and arrow, walked onto the path toward the dam.  The Police responded to check the area.  No one was found.

5:32pm LOST
A caller reported that he lost a large sum of money either in Hudson or Stow.  He was wondering if anyone reported it. The information was logged.



Thursday September 22, 2011
1:57pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A walk-in from Sawmill Road reported that someone left a large covered barrel on her property.  The Police responded.  A small empty canvas bag was found inside the barrel.  The bag was put out with the caller’s trash.

6:26pm ANIMAL
A caller from Circuit Drive reported that dogs were barking at a home down the street.  The Animal Control Officer responded.  No dogs were heard.  All was OK.

7:35pm SERVE PUBLIC
A caller on Tuttle Lane reported that several computer monitors were left on the side of the road.  The Police responded to remove the monitors.

Friday September 23, 2011
1:26pm FIRE
The Fire Department responded to an alarm on Boxboro Road.  There was smoke found inside the home, which was caused by a faulty oil burner. The burner was shut down and the home was vented and secured.  An officer and a rescue worker were taken to the hospital for carbon monoxide exposure.

11:06pm ARREST
A man was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

2:50pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at the Fire Academy requested an ambulance for an individual with a heat related injury. The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The patient refused further medical attention.

10:43am VANDALISM
A caller from Warren Road reported that his car was vandalized sometime the night before.  The information was logged.

10:49pm ANIMAL
A caller from Wildwood Road reported that a skunk was under his porch.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.  The caller was advised to either wait for the skunk to leave or to call an exterminator.
