When there isn’t snow on the slopes, there’s sand on the volleyball courts at Nashoba Valley Ski Area. Billed as beach volleyball, the courts are hard sand, not the soft sand courts of Olympians Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh, but the courts do overlook the Nashoba swim pond.
